1. General Provisions

1.1. This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the EU Federal Laws "On Personal Data" and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of the personal data of "xorek.cloud" (hereinafter — the Operator).
1.2. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of the individual and citizen when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy.
1.3. This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all the information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website xorek.cloud.

2. Basic Concepts

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – the processing of personal data using computer technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data – the temporary cessation of personal data processing (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
2.3. Website – a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address xorek.cloud;
2.4. Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
2.5. Anonymization of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other subject of personal data;
2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, copying, deletion, destruction of personal data;
2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website xorek.cloud
2.9. User – any visitor to the website xorek.cloud
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data is irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. List of Data for Processing

3.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
1. 3.1.1. surname, first name, patronymic;
2. 3.1.2. email address;
3. 3.1.3. address of the actual place of residence and registration at the place of residence and (or) place of stay;
4. 3.1.4. passport data.
3.2. The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookie" files) using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics and others).
3.3. The above data are hereinafter in the Policy combined under the general concept of Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data:
1. 4.1.1. informing the User by sending emails;
2. 4.1.2. concluding, executing and terminating civil law contracts;
3. 4.1.3. providing the User with access to the services, information and/or materials contained on the website.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending the Operator an email at support@xorek.cloud marked "Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers".
4.3. Anonymized data of Users collected using internet statistics services serves to collect information about the actions of Users on the site, to improve the quality of the site and its content.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are completed and/or submitted by the User independently through the special forms located on the site xorek.cloud. By filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving of "cookie" files and the use of JavaScript technology is enabled).

6. Procedure for the Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing the legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the enforcement of current legislation.
6.4. In case of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's email address support@xorek.cloud marked "Update of personal data".
6.5. The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator's email address support@xorek.cloud marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. Before commencing the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer of personal data is intended to be carried out provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. The cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only in the case of written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
